(Senior) Manager Market Access (w/m/d)
As Senior Manager Market Access/Pricing & Business Intelligence, you are responsible to initiate and coordinate all Market Access related projects globally, resulting from all strategic geographical or reimbursement initiatives.
One of the focus areas of the position is to analyze world market data and health economics in all woundcare segments and competitors. Derive strategic recommendations and benchmark own performance.
You will report directly to our Vice President Global Sales Marketing Wound Management and work closely with our global colleagues of R&D, product marketing and market management departments to support their activities in creating new products and/or market successfully existing ranges. The position is contributing to determine the overall commercial value and the go to market period of the projects into different geographies.

Your area of responsibility:
To make sure that our products are positioned adequately in the local reimbursements
Establish together with strategic countries our market access strategy, prepare the necessary documents and find suitable local experts
Support product development and marketing in evaluating the commercial opportunities of innovations and existing products
Find and analyze real world data to enhance market knowledge and support our strategy-outcomes research
Build medical and health economic based argumentation for our strategic portfolio and present these findings to key Market Access related internal and external stakeholders
Continuous market screening of competitor activities and business models
Determine and monitor the pricing structure of the woundcare product portfolio
What we look for:
Master´s Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business Administration or similar
Likely to have at least 5 years' experience in a similar international role (Market Access, Business Intelligence or Pricing) in the Med Tech / Pharma sector - Wound Care would be an advantage
Deep knowledge about reimbursement systems in different geographies
Strong knowledge and skills on medical market screening and benchmarking
Very good understanding of health economics and real-world data analysis including sourcing
Capability of reading scientific publications and understanding of the strength of reported clinical evidence
Good IT-capabilities in working with large datasets and visualizing the results (Excel, PowerPoint, database management)
Fluent in English, German is a bonus
